These classes can be tailored to meet individual needs, such as relaxation, stretching, strengthening, body toning, cardio, and fat burning. Additionally, Orange Feather offers combination classes like Pilates and Yoga (Yogalates) at different levels. The Yoga classes are designed for different skill levels and needs.

Yogalates

Yoga and Pilates techniques make them ideal to complement each other. For example, you can take the stretching emphasis from yoga and retain it for Pilates exercise. Or you can improve your yoga poses after you work on core stability and strengthening from Pilates work.

The breathing techniques that are so important and prevalent in both exercise philosophies can even be integrated into your everyday life and routines, which means having a stronger body and a stress-free mind.

Café Therapy

Our community welcomes you to come and join us at a mini café on a beautiful or not day. You can talk, listen, and be heard without judgment or comment. Sometimes, we need a hug, a shoulder to lean on, or a deep, silent understanding. We are here to support each other.

Healing through Dance

Free-form dance sessions:
Dance can be a powerful form of catharsis for healing inner wounds that may be difficult to express verbally. Engaging in dance allows us to tap into the wisdom of our bodies and spirits, and to release patterns that no longer serve us. It can also be a way to celebrate past victories. Dance within a free movement can be particularly powerful, but even taking dance classes or practicing dance meditation can be a way to connect with our bodies and emotions. Engaging in free-form dance sessions takes courage and willingness to show your true self; that is a huge victory in and of itself!

Kids Mindful Activity program led by Just Bee for Kids in Orange Feather.

this program offers a safe and enjoyable environment for children to explore their emotions and feelings. Through mindful movement, educational tools, and practices. we guide children how to disconnect from the outside world and reconnect with themselves. Our ultimate goal is to empower children to be themselves and embrace their unique qualities. 

Our program is designed for children between the ages of 5-12 years and 

We incorporate various techniques includes: 

MOVEMENT: Yoga, Dance, interactive games, stretching

EDUCATIONAL: Awareness, getting to know your feeling & emotions

MINDFULNESS: Tools for finding calm, peace, focus, stillness and connecting to your inner self such as:

  • Drawing, 
  • Pottery,
  • Journaling,
  • Breathwork, 
  • Meditation, 
  • Sound healing,
  • Crystals,
  • exploring nature to help children become more mindful.

Our program also includes positive affirmations to reinforce self-confidence and self-esteem. We believe that each child is unique, and it is our job to help them embrace their unique qualities. With our program, children will learn to JUST BEE THEMSELVES and feel empowered to do so.
